Donut Nasıl Yapılır?

Donut, tatlı bir hamurun kızartılarak elde edilen bir çeşit atıştırmalıktır. Bu lezzetli tatlı, dünya genelinde popülerliği olan bir yiyecektir. Donut yapmak, biraz pratik gerektirse de sonucunda enfes bir lezzet elde etmenizi sağlar. İşte evde donut yapmak için basit ve lezzetli bir tarif:

Malzemeler:

- 2,5 su bardağı un

- ¼ su bardağı toz şeker

- 1 çay kaşığı tuz

- 1 çay kaşığı kabartma tozu

- ¼ su bardağı sıvı yağ

- ¾ su bardağı süt

- Kızartmak için sıvı yağ

- Üzeri için çikolata sosu ve şekerlemeler

Yapılışı:

1. İlk olarak, bir karıştırma kabında un, toz şeker, tuz, kabartma tozu ve vanilini iyice karıştırın.

2. Ayrı bir kabın içinde yumurtayı çırpın ve sıvı yağ ile sütü ekleyerek karıştırın.

3. Yumurtalı karışımı, kuru karışımın üzerine yavaşça ekleyin ve bir spatula yardımıyla hamuru karıştırın. Hamurun pürüzsüz olmasına dikkat edin.

4. Hamuru, buzdolabında 1 saat kadar dinlendirin.

5. Hamur dinlendikten sonra, unlanmış bir tezgahta yarım santimetre kalınlığında açın.

6. Yuvarlak bir şekilde kurabiyeler kesici veya bardak kullanarak donutları şekillendirin. Ortalarına da donut şekilleri çıkarıp delik oluşturun.

7. Dondurma kaşığı veya benzeri bir alet kullanarak sıvı yağı derin bir tencerede ısıtın.

8. Donutları, sıvı yağın içine dikkatlice yerleştirin ve her iki tarafını da güzelce kızartın. Kızartma işlemi sırasında donutları altın rengi olana kadar çevirerek kızartın.

9. Kızaran donutları kağıt havlu üzerine alarak fazla yağını emmesini sağlayın.

10. Üzerlerini çikolata sosu ve şekerlemelerle süsleyerek servis yapın.
