Etli Turta Nasıl Yapılır?

Malzemeler:

- 2 su bardağı un - 125 gram margarin - 1 çay kaşığı tuz - 4 yemek kaşığı soğuk su

İç Harcı İçin:

- 300 gram dana kıyma - 1 adet soğan - 2 adet yeşil biber - 2 adet domates - 2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ - Tuz - Karabiber - Pul biber - 1/2 demet maydanoz

Yapılışı:

1. Öncelikle hamurunu hazırlayalım. Unu bir kaba alın ve tuz ile karıştırın. Ardından oda sıcaklığında yumuşamış margarini ekleyin. Parmaklarınızla karıştırarak üzerine cıvık bir görünüm alana kadar yoğurun.

2. Hamurun suyunu ekleyin ve yoğurmaya devam edin. Hamur ele yapışmayan bir kıvam aldığında yoğurmayı bırakabilirsiniz. Hamuru streç filme sararak buzdolabında 30 dakika kadar dinlendirin.

3. Bu sırada iç harcı hazırlamak için bir tavaya sıvı yağı ekleyin ve ısınınca ince doğranmış soğanı ekleyin. Soğanlar pembeleşene kadar kavurun.

4. Kavrulan soğana dana kıymayı ekleyin ve kıymanın suyunu salıp çekene kadar kavurun. Bu sayede kıyma daha lezzetli olacaktır.

5. Kıyma suyunu çektiğinde ince doğranmış yeşil biberleri ekleyin ve birkaç dakika daha kavurun. Ardından kabuğunu soyup doğradığınız domatesleri ekleyin.

6. Domatesler yumuşayana kadar pişirin. Tuz, karabiber ve pul biberi ekleyin, karıştırın. İnce doğranmış maydanozu da ekleyerek karıştırdıktan sonra ocaktan alın.

7. Dinlenen hamuru buzdolabından çıkarın ve iki eşit parçaya bölün. Tezgahın üzerine un serpin ve hamuru ince bir şekilde açın.

8. Açtığınız hamurun bir parçasını yağladığınız tart kalıbına yerleştirin. Üzerine hazırladığınız iç harcı yayın. Ardından diğer hamur parçasını da üzerine kapatın ve kenarları iyice bastırarak kapatın.

9. Üzerine çatal yardımıyla delikler açın ve 180 derece önceden ısıtılmış fırında üzeri kızarana kadar pişirin.

10. Sıcak veya soğuk olarak servis yapabilirsiniz. Dilimledikten sonra servis tabağına alarak servis edebilirsiniz.
