Kek Nasıl Pişirilir?

Kek, birçok kişi tarafından sevilen ve kolayca hazırlanabilen bir tatlı türüdür. Yapılışı:

1. Fırını 180 dereceye ayarlayarak ön ısıtma yapın. Ayrıca kek kalıbını hafifçe yağlayın.

2. Bir karıştırma kabında eritilmiş tereyağı ve toz şekerle karıştırın. Yumurtaları tek tek ekleyin ve her birini iyice çırpın.

3. Unu ve kabartma tozunu ekleyin, iyice karıştırın. Ardından sütü ve vanilya özütünü de ekleyin ve homojen bir karışım elde edene kadar çırpın.

4. İsteğe göre fındık, ceviz veya çikolata parçalarını ekleyin ve karıştırın.

5. Hazırladığınız karışımı yağladığınız kek kalıbına dökün ve üstüne düz bir şekilde yayın.

6. Önceden ısıttığınız fırında yaklaşık 40-45 dakika pişirin. Kekin pişip pişmediğini kontrol etmek için kürdan testi yapabilirsiniz. Kürdanı kekin merkezine batırın, temiz çıkarsa kekiniz hazırdır.

7. Fırından çıkan keki 10 dakika boyunca kalıpta dinlendirin, ardından kalıptan çıkarın ve tamamen soğumasını sağlayın.
